Ulf Malmros is a Swedish film director, screenwriter, and producer. He was born on December 15, 1960, in Sweden. He studied film at the University of Gothenburg and made his debut as a director with the film "God Save the King" in 1983.
Malmros has directed many acclaimed films including "Smala Sussie" (2003), "Tjenare Kungen" (2005), and "Bröllopsfotografen" (2009). His films often explore human relationships and are known for their humor and realism.
Apart from his work in film, Malmros has also directed several TV shows including "En ängels tålamod" (2001) and "All Inclusive" (2014).
In 2009, Malmros was awarded the Ingmar Bergman Award by the Swedish Film Institute. He has also been nominated for several Swedish Guldbagge Awards, including Best Director and Best Screenplay.
